Doing a Year in Industry at Amarinth has been great. From the start everyone has been really friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere and mature environment in comparison to university. It has been really interesting to learn from people from all walks of life and to be surrounded by team members who are so helpful and willing to answer questions no matter the time of day. There's a great sense of team work here at Amarinth which contributes to the inclusive sense of belonging I've felt while here. My time at Amarinth has been invaluable and has prepared me for life after university, making me a stronger prospect for future employment. I would love to return post-university if a position were to be available.

The environment at Amarinth feels very friendly and relaxed. Everyone is working hard to do their part creating a strong sense of teamwork and unity. I've been working with the design team and they've been so helpful to making my placement the best it can be. I've always felt very involved with the projects we've been working on and supported while learning the varying systems and technicalities of the business. The training plan has also been thorough and incredibly helpful when tracking my learning and development through my placement. I would highly recommend a placement here; it couldn't be a better place to begin a career in the engineering industry.

My time at Amarinth was very hands-on and involved. I got to be part of many different projects and gain valuable insight into how the engineering and design teams work in an engineering company. The environment at Amarinth is very supportive, everyone understands the value in supporting each other and the calm, friendly environment made it a delight to come into work every day.

I enjoyed my time working at Amarinth, being able to complete my project which allowed me to spend time in two other departments. I was made me feel welcome within each department while working with them. It was clear to me that I was involved in projects that were important to the company and I was able to help with additional department priorities that needed doing once my project was completed. I even got involved with building certain products. It was brilliant experience.

My work experience placement at Amarinth was thoroughly enjoyable. The departments were all very accommodating and open to assisting newcomers. Amarinth gave me the opportunity to learn in-depth the ins and outs of an engineering company and to understand just how important each department is to the end result of a product. The atmosphere at Amarinth is very welcoming and relaxed. While everyone is busy getting on with work, the environment is calm. I couldn't have asked for a better company to gain work experience through. The variety and depth of knowledge I came out with is invaluable.
