Pump Testing Facilities
Amarinth’s state-of-the-art pump testing facility offers various testing options for all manufacturers horizontal and vertical pumps up to 1,650m3/hr and 320kW.
Procedures are agreed prior to testing, with data captured electronically using the latest calibrated digital test instrumentation and results delivered straight to the test engineer’s desk.
Our state-of-the-art interactive web page allows you to view the testing live from anywhere in the world, saving our customers valuable time and travel costs. Alternatively, you are welcome to witness the tests if required.
We have two test sumps complete with automated hydraulic pump test control systems to test fully assembled vertical sump pumps up to 7m in length. Longer pumps can be tested in a split configuration if required.
Pumps are normally tested after build as part of a new pump contract or can be tested as an aftermarket service to customers, typically if you have a problem and want to validate how the pump is actually performing.
