Emotional Heath Week 2024

From 19th February to 23rd February is Emotional Health Awareness week UK. At Amarinth we are encouraging our staff to reflect on their emotional wellbeing.

Life in the modern world can be busy and overwhelming, oftentimes we forget to check in on our emotional health and neglect to take time to understand our varying emotions.

Emotional health is important to help improve physical health, foster healthy relationships with others, develop a stronger sense of self and better self-esteem, results in lower stress levels and allows for more physical energy.

At the heart of Amarinth’s success is its most valued asset, that being the team and every individual within it who keep the business thriving. Therefore, Amarinth places great importance on the wellbeing of the team, both emotional and physical.

Ways to reconnect with your emotional heath this week:
- Exercise
- Time amongst nature
- Reading
- Meditation
- Making time for your favourite hobby
- Spending time with loved ones
