Back to the Floor continuing to inspire staff

Amarinth’s Back to the Floor project continues for a second time this year and so does staff’s eagerness to gain insight into departments outside of their own.

Running for several years, this inhouse project allows staff the opportunity to work together in diverse ways, providing wonderful insight and understanding into the structures and work of different departments.

This month saw Ewan Cameron and Kris Eales putting together a vessel in the test-bay with the support of Roger Stone, one of our assembly test engineers. With 45 minutes to complete the build of the vessel they stepped up to the challenge, showing strong initiative and demonstrating how valuable this project is.
