Amarinth supports National Apprenticeship week
Amarinth support the sixteenth annual National Apprenticeship Week, from 6 to 12 February 2023.
Amarinth are proud to be involved with The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE), which supports thousands of businesses to design apprenticeships to fill national skills gaps and uphold their quality for the good of apprentices.
National Apprenticeship Week is an annual week-long celebration of apprenticeships, showcasing the brilliant impact apprenticeships can have on communities, local businesses, and regional economies and how they all benefit from the impact of apprenticeships. Amarinth takes pride in being one of the UK's foremost specialist, privately owned engineering companies, and part of our success is finding and employing talented local people and giving them a long term future and career development in manufacturing.
Apprenticeships Available At Amarinth
Having already successfully taken on our first apprentice in September, Toby (above) from Rendlesham, Amarinth are continuing to support and grow our workforce within the local community by creating two additional positions.
Toby splits his time between our headquarters in Rendlesham and West Suffolk College where he studies for the three year NVQ level 3 apprenticeship. This has been a great success for Toby who is now very much part of the team here at Amarinth. As a result we now have two more additional opportunities, which are immediately available with a September 2023 start in West Suffolk College, in applications, design and technical engineering and in our sales and service department. All apprenticeships are paid and we cover all expenses getting to and from West Suffolk College to complete the NVQ.
