Achieving 96% on-time delivery through the Covid-19 pandemic
In March, at the outset of the Covid-19 pandemic, we took swift action organising our business to both protect the health of our staff and minimise any impact on our customers.
The steps we have taken across the business over the past months has enabled us to achieve 96% on-time delivery for all orders throughout June.
In addition, our sales teams have continued to be incredibly busy, responding remotely to customer enquiries from around the world, and as countries start and come out of lockdown, we have just experienced our busiest order input month in a decade.
We look forward to meeting all our customers, established and new, face-to-face, as soon as soon it is safe to do so.
