Above the Line Award – January

This month Roger Stone, Assembly Test Engineer, won the Above the Line award for January.

Roger Stone was nominated by his colleagues for the Above the Line award following his commitment throughout January to ensure orders went ahead on time.

On time delivery has always been a priority focus in Amarinth’s customer experience and vision as a company.

Roger demonstrated how important on time delivery remains in the company's core DNA when he turned around and came back to site as he was leaving at the end of the day to assist with an order being collected.

On a separate occasion, Roger also went above and beyond by staying an hour late to paint pumps due for collection the following day, preventing a potential packing delay.

Roger's efforts this month capture Amarinth's values and demonstrates the importance of recognising staff who go above what is expected of them.
