COVID-19 Update for visitors to Amarinth offices – January 2021

Throughout the ongoing COVID19 pandemic Amarinth have continued to ensure we safeguard the health of our valued employees, sub suppliers and customers whilst visiting our premises. Despite the recent government announcements, we would like to reassure you that we have maintained our strict safety measures which have allowed us to operate effectively throughout this period.

All visitors to Amarinth are asked to familiarise themselves with the following policy conditions and to fully adhere to requirement’s upon arrival, during, leaving and if asked by an Amarinth employee.

The following preventative measures will be carried out for all visitors to Amarinth, all employees at the start of a new working week and all employees who arrive at the site on a pre-agreed one-off visit.

Upon Arrival:

• Visitors will only be allowed on site with prior acknowledged agreement.
• A face mask is to be worn before entering any Amarinth premises.
• Visitors should not arrange a visit if they are experiencing any of the COVID symptoms: www.nhs.uk/coronavirus-covid-19/symptoms/
• Visitors will need to announce their arrival on the reception phone and await a member of staff to check their pre-agreed appointment.
• A visitor screening questionnaire will be conducted with an Amarinth member of staff.
• A none evasive temperature check will be carried out with an infrared forehead reader by an Amarinth member of staff.
• Visitors maybe denied access following the screening process and asked to leave the premises.

During your visit:

• All non Amarinth staff visitors will be required to wear a face mask throughout their visit at all times.
• Full PPE will be provided (where visitors do not have own PPE). This must be worn at all times where required.
• Please maintain appropriate space at all times and adhere to the 2m distance ruling.
• Access to non Amarinth employees to the main operating office is not allowed. Please observe the clearly marked access signage,
• Visitors requiring office space will be allocated a clearly numbered room for the duration of their stay.
• Cleaning equipment is provided within each room. Please use automatic hand sanitiser and cleaning products for work area upon arrival.
• Please observe and adhere to the individual maximum people allocation number for each room. These are clearly marked on the individual room entrance door.
• Visitor meeting room doors are to be kept open during the visit and window/s open to allow suitable through draft at all times.
• No food will be provided for non Amarinth staff. If required please make suitable arrangements.

When leaving:

• Upon leaving the site, any PPE being returned must be placed in the container clearly marked and will be cleaned before reallocation.
• Please advise a member of the Amarinth team when leaving to ensure the visitors book details are updated.
