Amarinth Pumps e-News Header Image

Dear Customer, As a valued customer you will, I suspect, be considering any potential effects to your own supply chain and reviewing the continuity of service for your business.

Amarinth remains committed to continuing to deliver the world-class services you are familiar with and to provide ongoing global support to the best of our abilities during this ever-changing global event.

Technical engineering, evaluation and support

As a global business, we have a robust operating structure that provides technical, sales and engineering support from offices in the UK, Middle East, and Malaysia and we have in place an effective continuity plan which would allow flexible working arrangements for our employees to ensure minimal disruption if required. In the eventuality that we need to adopt any form of remote working, we can ensure uninterrupted services so rest assured we can manage business continuity challenges virtually.

Stock Availability and Pump Spares

Our stock levels remain full for both immediate spares held at our UK Head Office and we have not identified any critical sub-supplier products that we believe are currently affected by the current crisis. As you are already aware, Amarinth has long-established sub supply chain arrangements with 80% of our main suppliers supporting us from within a 50-mile radius of our UK Manufacturing Plant. We will continue to monitor all suppliers daily and, at present, we anticipate no impact to this service.

Pump Manufacturing & Assembly

We are closely following all Government advice to ensure both the safety of our staff and the continuity of our business which includes our manufacturing, assembly and testing facilities. We have executed a policy for all our plant staff to ensure non-essential business travel is kept to a minimum to ensure both existing order fulfillment and future order completion and delivery dates are met. We have in anticipation created a resource model to allow for contingency capacity levels within this area and are confident we see no impact on existing or future order commitments.

Visitors and Employee Screening

For all pre-booked essential visits to Amarinth we have introduced additional hygiene provisions to minimise the risk of potential infection. All visitors will be asked in advance to complete a questionnaire that must be returned to their Amarinth host before access to the offices can be granted. In addition, all our employees are being reminded to avoid crowded places, wash their hands regularly as well as a structured routine of daily sanitising of main doors, shared work stations, phones and computers.

Support to all our Customers

All measures to-date are designed to minimise any disruption to your supply should this be for an existing order, sales enquiry or technical evaluation and we will continue to strive to provide the best level of service possible. We will, therefore, continue to monitor the situation to the best of our ability as this global situation develops whilst making all the necessary decisions to maintain the world-class service you expect from us.

We appreciate your understanding during this time and are confident that our current measures and policies will allow us to deliver the service that you and your market expect

Regards,

Oliver Brigginshaw
Managing Director
