Carolyn Hepburn appointed as North Western sales engineer, Nama appointed as Middle East agent in Abu Dhabi & wins $3.5m order for high alloy pumps, plus case studies realsed on website

New sales engineer fuels growth:

Some of you will by now have had a call or a visit from Carolyn Hepburn, our new sales engineer that we appointed at the end of last year to cover the North of the UK. Carolyn has a strong engineering background with a degree in Industrial Technologies and Management and a great deal of experience gained in the oil, gas and process industries through previous work at Costain. She added to these skills in the area of predictive and preventative maintenance during her time with Emerson Process Management. Carolyn replaces Charles and is in the process of contacting all of our northern clients. And just as a reminder, Amarinth is able to advise on and deliver all of your pumping requirements, from products, to spares and through to after sales service and refurbishment. Middle East expansion:

In addition to a great year in the UK, last year saw us lay down strong roots in the Middle East. In particular we are pleased to announce the appointment of Nama as one of our agents for that region. Based in Abu Dhabi, Nama is one of the leading, local business groups serving the Oil and Gas, Power and Water and Industrial sectors of the United Arab Emirates economy. The relationship has already yielded a high profile $3.5M order for Amarinth to provide special high alloy vertical sump pumps.
