From the initial discussions with Amarinth to the actual commissioning offshore, we found the service from Amarinth to be very professional and the staff to be extremely helpful. They were keen to optimise pump performance and showed a willingness to offer solution to ongoing problems. This attitude helped the job run smoothly and in a timely manner which is just what you need when working in the offshore environment.

As package manufacturers we can sometimes be caught in the middle between the component supplier and our customer. Our job is to keep the project moving to ensure on-time delivery of our package and so we appreciate all the help Amarinth engineers have provided in reconciling the inconsistencies, even if at times it did feel like hard work. Amarinth overcame many obstacles to deliver these pumps to Kazakhstan in such a short lead time. The translation of all the documentation into Russian was a major undertaking and no-one we have worked with has gained GOST-K certification in such a short time as Amarinth achieved, it normally takes over 3 months for that alone.
