'Plug & Play' Fully Automated Process Skids

Amarinth “Plug & Play” fully automated turnkey process skids are generally designed to API 610 along with customer site standards and specifications. Using our extensive knowledge and experience, we design the skid from the ground up, providing a fully automated unit with minimal terminations meaning that you just connect to the suction and discharge, (and power if required), and we manage the process in-between.

Drives can be supplied as electric motors, gas or diesel engines or steam turbines. Gearboxes can also be incorporated.

Automation options include condition monitoring, pressure and flow control, and environmental management (process heating and cooling). Design considerations include valve and pipe loss calculations to ensure a guaranteed duty at the skid discharge. Full structural calculations are also available, along with noise reduction options if required.

All skids are also available with full component traceability and a complete range of Non Destructive Examinations (NDE) and Non Destructive Tests (NDT) to suit your requirements.

These units are typically supplied to the major oil producers worldwide and therefore found in the oil and gas markets, specifically in chemical and water treatment applications.
