Turnkey Skids with Pump Manifold Arrangements

Amarinth turnkey process skids are generally designed to API 610 or ISO 5199 along with customer site standards and specifications, including Norsok, Statoil, Shell DEP, ATEX and BP DGS. Using our extensive knowledge and experience, we design the skid from the ground up to seamlessly integrate into your overall process.

The pump skid includes a manifold arrangement providing single terminations for system suction and discharge. More complex packages can incorporate various controls, condition monitoring, and environmental management (process heating and cooling) options.

All skids are also available with full component traceability and a complete scope of Non Destructive Examinations (NDE) and Non Destructive Tests (NDT) to suit your requirements.

These units are typically supplied to the major oil producers worldwide and therefore found in the oil and gas markets, specifically in produced water treatment, gas de-hydration, sand treatment, filtration and mixing packages.

Lead times of 20 weeks, including bespoke design and manufacture, are available.
